Club Structure
The Rotary Club of Liamuiga adopted the RI recommendation of using the Club Leadership Plan as the vehicle for club management. This plan is designed to provide a list of best practices, is commensurate with the recommended Rotary club bylaws and includes a simplified list of standing club committees that are supported by the district structure.
The club is thus directed by a governing body which is a board consisting of twelve members, namely six elected directors and the president, vice-president, president-elect, secretary, treasurer and the immediate past-president. A Sergeant-At-Arms is appointed by the board of directors to maintains order, encourage fellowship among members, and assist the club officers as needed. The committee chairs head up administration, community services, Rotary Foundation membership and publicity.
