Club Structure
The club is thus directed by a governing body which is a board consisting of twelve members, namely six elected directors and the President, Vice-President, President-Elect, Secretary, Treasurer and the Immediate Past-President. A Sergeant-At-Arms is appointed by the board of directors to maintain order, encourage fellowship among members, and assist the club officers as needed. The committee chairs head up administration, community services, Rotary Foundation membership and publicity.
