Club Information
The Rotary Club of Liamuiga was formed in February, 2003 and received its charter later that year. As the second club in The Federation it is smaller than its predecessor with a current membership of thirty-five members of which fourteen are women and twenty-one men.
The club meets every Wednesday,
excluding public holidays, from 7.30 am – 8.50 am at the
Royal St Kitts Golf Club. A full breakfast is served followed
by a regular meeting which may include a guest speaker,
an update on Rotary International or a business agenda
where the club’s projects for the year are reviewed and
monitored by the membership at large.
Membership of Rotary is open to
business and professional people in close proximity to
the club. The ideal composition of any Rotary club reflects
the community’s demographics, including professions, gender,
age, and ethnicity. Such diversity enriches every aspect
of the club’s fellowship and service.
